Insurance Back Office Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our insurance back office team. As an insurance back office associate, you will be responsible for supporting various administrative tasks related to insurance policies, claims processing, customer inquiries, and data management. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of insurance operations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Process insurance policies, endorsements, and cancellations accurately and efficiently.

Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence related to insurance policies and claims.

Assist in the preparation of insurance quotes and proposals for clients.

Verify and maintain accurate policyholder information in the database.

Support claim processing by collecting the necessary documentation and information from customers.

Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding policy coverage, premiums, and claim status.

Collaborate with underwriters, agents, and brokers to ensure timely and accurate policy issuance and renewal.

Perform administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field preferred.
  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Insurance license (Life, Health, and/or Property & Casualty) preferred or willingness to obtain one.
