i have filed claim for panel damages because of flood from 9 month but they still not approved my claim i have provide all document which required . when i call gk energy customer care they told me call to insurance company then when i call insurance company they told me called to gk energy. i dont understand what i do if they dont want to accept my claim they should tell me we are not doing your claim. this is a worst experience i am facing. मी गेल्या ९ महिन्यांपासून पुरामुळे झालेल्या पॅनलच्या नुकसानीसाठी दावा दाखल केला आहे, पण त्यांनी अजूनही माझा दावा मंजूर केलेला नाही. मी आवश्यक असलेली सर्व कागदपत्रे सादर केली आहेत. जेव्हा मी जीके एनर्जीच्या कस्टमर केअरला फोन केला, तेव्हा त्यांनी मला विमा कंपनीला फोन करायला सांगितले. मग जेव्हा मी विमा कंपनीला फोन केला, तेव्हा त्यांनी मला जीके एनर्जीला फोन करायला सांगितले. जर त्यांना माझा दावा स्वीकारायचाच नसेल, तर मी काय करावे हे मला समजत नाही. त्यांनी मला स्पष्टपणे सांगायला हवे होते की, 'आम्ही तुमचा दावा स्वीकारत नाही आहोत'. हा माझा आतापर्यंतचा सर्वात वाईट अनुभव आहे.

3 rd class service...आमचा कंट्रोलर खराब झालाय 8 दिवस तक्रार च करतोय... आणि यांचा दार वेळी कॉल आला कि त्याने म्हणायचं.. कंट्रोलर चा फोटो पाठवा.... शेतीमध्ये जे पीक आहे ते पाण्यावाचून जळून चाललंय... माझी विनंती आहे ही कंपनी कुणी च निवडू नका 🙏... मागे एकदा मोटार पाणी कमी मारत होती तेव्हा पण हे लोक आले नाहीत.... नंतर एकदा कंट्रोलर च बटण खराब झाले तर हे बोलले एवढ्याशा कामासाठी कस येणार... आत्ता पूर्ण कंट्रोलर खराब झालाय.. तरी येत नाहीयेत.... मी अजून 2 दिवस वाट बघणार नाहीतर सरळ कंपनी विरोधात पोलीस तक्रार करणार आहे.. आणि हे मी कंपनी ला पण कळवलं आहे 🙏
