He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Swami Ramanand Teerth Marathwada University, Nanded and Masters’ degree in Business Administration (Marketing) from Vishwakarma School of Business Management & Research. He has been conferred with ‘Udyog Ratan Award’ at the seminar conducted by Institute of Economic Studies, New Delhi in the year 2013. He is also one of our Promoters and has been associated with our Company since 2008. He has over 20 years of experience in the solar energy industry. He has been associated with Energy Marketers, a partnership firm, as a partner since 2007.

He has been associated with our Company since October 9, 2024. He has over 17 years of experience in the education sector. He has been associated with Ambition’s Commerce Classes as a founder and director since 2007. He was awarded ‘Lokmat Inspirators Award 2022’ for dedication, contribution and excellence organised by Lokmat, Pune in the year 2022. He was awarded ‘Mahesh Idol 2015’ award organised by Mahesh Professional Forum in the year 2015. Further, he was awarded with ‘Late Shri Bhagirathji Tapadia Best Entrepreneur Award’ for the year 2013-2014 organised by Mahesh Industrial Group, Pune and sponsored by Smt. Jadavbai Tapadia Trust, Pune.

6. Subhash Vasant Ghaisas (DIN: 11479724)

Subhash Vasant Ghaisas is an Independent Director on the Board of our Company. He has been associated with our Company since 13th February, 2026. Professor Subhash V. Ghaisas is a nationally acclaimed physicist and renewable energy technologist with over four decades of leadership in solar energy, semiconductor physics, and advanced materials research. A Ph.D. in Experimental Physics from the University of Pune, he has significantly advanced national laboratory infrastructure, product performance validation, and innovation governance. He served as Director of the School of Energy Studies at Savitribai Phule Pune University, leading MNRE-supported renewable energy testing initiatives and establishing Asia’s first UNDP-GEF funded Solar Concentrator Testing Facility. He has authored over 100 international research papers, received the IBM Faculty Award, and guided major projects funded by DST, CSIR, ISRO, and DRDO.

Currently, he is a Visiting Professor at DIAT, Pune, and heads the Physics Panel at NCERT, providing independent technological oversight and strategic innovation leadership. Since Professor Subhash V. Ghaisas was appointed in Fiscal 2026.
